Payment Options
The City of Lafayette offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Utility Services Payments:
Payments are always due on the 25th of the month, regardless if it falls on a weekend or a holiday. There are multiple ways to pay whether the office is open or not.
Late Fees:
Payments are due on the 25th of the month. As long as they are received prior to the start of the next business day, they are considered on-time. Late fees are posted to any account with an unpaid balance after any on-time payments are received and posted to the accounts. If a current payment plan is in place, no late fees will occur to those accounts as long as they are in current standing.
